  1. There is lot of ambiguity regarding Domicile for NEET PG 2017. A Delhi resident who completed MBBS from Karnataka is neither eligible for Delhi State quota as MBBS completed from Karnataka and also not eligible for Karnataka State quota which requires minimum 10 years stay in Karnataka. Thus, the domicile state of the candidate is Uncertain and he has to rely only on 50% All India Merit only.
    Is it fair ????
    Is there any solution ???
