NEET UG application form 2024 will be provided on the official website most probably in the month of February. The interested and eligible candidates can submit their application form in order to appear for the NEET UG 2024 exam. The application form can only be filled in the online mode and no application form submitted after the last date will be accepted. Steps to fill the NEET UG 2024 Application Form

The Application Form for NEET UG 2024 will be made available on the official website. The candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria for the exam can fill the application form.

On the official website, click on the ‘apply online’ to open the application form. The basic details related to personal life such as name, father’s name, date of birth, mobile number, email id, etc will be provided in the application form. In addition to this, details related to the qualifying exam such as percentage of marks, year of passing the exam, school education board, qualifying examination code, etc and choice of exam center will also be asked in the NEET UG 2024 Application Form. The candidates will also have to enter the identity details in the application form as follows:

As you complete the form-filling process, you can click either on ‘next and preview’ or ‘reset’ button on the end of the page. If you are satisfied with the entries of the application form, you can click on the ‘next and preview’ button. You can also click on the ‘reset’ button and fill the application form once again. Check the preview of the application form once again and click on ‘next’ or ‘back’ in case you wish to make any changes.

After this, the candidates will have to create a password and enter OTP sent on their registered mobile phone. A provisional registration number will be generated. This number must be noted down and kept safe for future correspondence. The provisional registration number will also be sent on the registered e-mail id and mobile phone of the candidate.

Next step will be the uploading of scanned images of photograph and signature in the prescribed format. The format for the same is given below:

After all the details have been entered and the documents are uploaded successfully, the candidates can proceed towards making the application fee payment. The fee submission can be done online via debit card/ credit card/ UPI/ net banking/ e-wallet of Common Services Centre and other service providers.

The application fee will be Rs. 1400/- for the general/ OBC candidates and Rs. 750/- for SC/ ST candidates. In addition to this, the applicable taxes or processing charges will also be paid by the candidates.

At last, the candidates will have to take a printout of the duly submitted NEET UG 2024 Application Form and keep it safe for further reference.

Correction in NEET UG Application Form 2024

Any correction pertaining to the photograph and signature of the candidate will be intimated through e-mail/ SMS on the registered mail id/ contact number. The information about the same will also be available in the candidate’s login account. Any other permissible corrections in the NEET UG Application Form 2024 can also be made by logging into the account. However, the corrections/ modifications will only be allowed till the correction window is open and no request for correction will be entertained after that.
